OVERVIEW

Advantage Gymnastics Academy is a premier gymnastics facility in Woodinville, Washington, serving families throughout the greater Seattle area and the Eastside communities of the Pacific Northwest. With a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of children through mental and physical discipline, Advantage Gymnastics develops healthy and happy athletes who soar with confidence throughout life.

The gym offers a wide range of programming for children from 4 months through 18 years, including parent-tot classes, preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, competitive team programs, Ninja classes, dance, and drop-in sessions. Advantage Gymnastics is also dedicated to inclusion, offering specialized classes for children with unique needs alongside its standard programming.

THE GYM

Advantage Gymnastics Academy operates a 20,000 square foot facility in Woodinville, Washington, conveniently located for families throughout the Eastside and north Seattle region. The gym features state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment and natural lighting that creates a welcoming and energizing environment for athletes of every age and level.

The facility is designed to accommodate the full range of programming offered at Advantage, from the youngest tots on child-sized preschool equipment to competitive-level gymnasts training on full-size apparatus. The gym also features multiple trampolines, a large foam pit, and an indoor playground area for younger participants.

The coaching staff at Advantage Gymnastics is led by an owner and head coach known for her genuine care for both athletes and gym families. Staff bring consistent warmth, patience, and expertise to every session, creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to grow.

Advantage Gymnastics is committed to making gymnastics accessible to every child. The gym’s Adaptive Gymnastics program provides a specialized experience for children with unique developmental needs, with small class sizes and individualized coaching in a fully supportive setting.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Preschool and Parent-Tot Classes

Advantage Gymnastics offers preschool classes for children ages 2.5 through school age, as well as parent-tot and drop-in classes for children as young as 4 months. The preschool curriculum is designed to develop coordination, balance, and foundational gymnastics skills in an age-appropriate and engaging setting.

Drop-in programs including Baby Gym, Tumble Tots, and Indoor Playground are available throughout the week, giving families a flexible and active option for their youngest children to explore movement in a safe environment.

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Recreational Gymnastics

Advantage offers recreational gymnastics classes for girls beginning at age 5, introducing students to all four women’s gymnastics events. Students progress from Novice through Intermediate and Advanced levels based on skill mastery. The program is designed to build strength, technique, and confidence in a fun and structured environment.

Competitive Team

Advantage Gymnastics offers competitive programs for girls at all levels, with multiple pathways tailored to each athlete’s goals. Both the Junior Olympic Development Program and the Xcel Program are available. Placement on a competitive team is by coach referral and evaluation. Complementary placement evaluations are available for new gymnasts interested in the competitive track.

Ninja and Dance Classes

Advantage Ninja blends gymnastics fundamentals with obstacle training and freestyle movement in a co-ed curriculum that builds confidence, self-control, and physical ability. Dance classes are also offered, including Hip Hop and Ballet and Gymnastics combination classes, providing young movers with creative outlets for expression alongside their physical training.

Adaptive Gymnastics

Advantage Gymnastics offers specialized classes for children with unique developmental needs. These classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, focusing on building confidence and self-expression through gymnastics activity in small groups with individualized coaching.
