OVERVIEW

AGA Northwest is a premier gymnastics school offering classes and competitive team programs for boys and girls from 6 months through 18 years of age. With a philosophy of having fun in the pursuit of excellence, AGA Northwest has built a strong reputation across the Pacific Northwest since its founding in 1989. The Gig Harbor location serves the greater Key Peninsula and Tacoma region with a full range of recreational and competitive gymnastics programming.

AGA Northwest’s coaching philosophy centers on the belief that gymnastics teaches far more than physical skills. The gym is dedicated to helping children overcome fears, develop positive attitudes, and build life skills that support them well beyond their time in the gym.

THE GYM

AGA Northwest Gig Harbor operates at 9672 Bujacich Road in Gig Harbor, Washington, providing a well-equipped gymnastics facility for athletes across the South Puget Sound region. The gym offers a full range of apparatus for both recreational and competitive athletes, with programs structured to meet each child exactly where they are in their gymnastics journey.

The coaching staff at AGA Northwest brings years of experience and a genuine commitment to the development of every athlete. Coaches are known for their ability to build meaningful connections with students and families, creating a supportive and encouraging training environment.

AGA Northwest Gig Harbor is part of a multi-location organization that also operates in Marysville, Washington, giving the program access to a broader coaching community and shared curriculum resources. Athletes from the Gig Harbor location benefit from the experience and expertise developed across the AGA Northwest organization over more than three decades of service.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Recreational Gymnastics

AGA Northwest Gig Harbor offers recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls beginning at 6 months of age through 18 years. Classes are structured progressively by age and skill level, with a focus on foundational gymnastics movement, coordination, confidence, and fun.
