Ascend Gymnastics (Auburn)

OVERVIEW

Ascend Gymnastics is a multi-location gymnastics organization recognized as the 2022 USA Gymnastics National Program of the Year, offering comprehensive gymnastics programming for children from 18 months through 18 years across four locations in the South Puget Sound region. The Auburn location serves families in Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, and the surrounding communities of the greater south Seattle area.

Veteran-owned and operated, Ascend Gymnastics is committed to building strong foundations in gymnastics while developing confident, well-rounded athletes. The program offers recreational classes, competitive team training, Ninja programming, preschool gymnastics, and open gym sessions in a large, clean, and welcoming facility.

THE GYM

Ascend Gymnastics Auburn operates at 1604 15th Street SW in Auburn, Washington, providing a spacious and well-equipped gymnastics facility for athletes throughout South King County. The facility features a large parent viewing area with free WiFi and free parking, making it a comfortable and convenient destination for families throughout the school week and on weekends.

Ascend Gymnastics has built a national reputation for program quality, earning recognition as the USA Gymnastics National Program of the Year in 2022. This achievement reflects the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional instruction, athlete development, and family experience across all of its locations.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Preschool and Recreational Gymnastics

Ascend Gymnastics Auburn offers preschool gymnastics classes for children beginning at 18 months, along with recreational gymnastics classes for children through their teen years. Classes are available Monday through Saturday, with extensive scheduling options that accommodate a variety of family needs.

Classes run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To enroll or inquire about current class availability, please call (253) 876-9991 or email auburn@ascendgymnastics.com.

Competitive Team

Ascend Gymnastics Auburn offers a competitive team program as part of the nationally recognized Ascend organization. The program develops athletes for USAG-sanctioned competition with an emphasis on technical excellence, team culture, and long-term athletic development.

Ninja Classes

Ascend offers Ninja programming for children interested in obstacle training and athletic movement. Ninja classes build agility, strength, coordination, and confidence in a high-energy and engaging environment.
