OVERVIEW

Cascade Elite Gymnastics West is Silverdale’s dedicated gymnastics, cheer, and ninja facility, offering instruction for children from 18 months through adult in a positive, nurturing, and fun-filled environment. Located on the Kitsap Peninsula, CEGW serves families throughout Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and the surrounding communities with a broad range of athletic programming including gymnastics, cheerleading, ninja obstacle training, trampoline, and dance.

CEGW’s mission is to strengthen the community one child at a time, providing a welcoming and inclusive facility where every participant can experience the joy of movement and physical achievement in a supportive coaching environment.

THE GYM

Cascade Elite Gymnastics West operates at 5603 NW Quantum Court in Silverdale, Washington, offering a spacious and bright gymnastics facility equipped to support the full range of programming offered by the gym. The facility includes dedicated areas for gymnastics apparatus, ninja obstacle courses, trampoline training, and cheer instruction.

The coaching staff at CEGW is known for creating a caring and supportive environment where students genuinely thrive. Coaches take a personal interest in each student’s development and progress, creating meaningful connections with students and families throughout their time with the program. The gym’s variety of programming options gives families on the Kitsap Peninsula access to a comprehensive activity center that meets a wide range of interests and athletic goals.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Gymnastics Classes

CEGW offers gymnastics classes for children from 18 months through adult, structured progressively by age and skill level. Programs include preschool classes, recreational gymnastics for boys and girls, pre-team development, and competitive team training for athletes pursuing USAG-sanctioned competition.

Ninja Kids Classes

CEGW offers Ninja Kids classes featuring dynamic obstacle courses that change weekly, developing balance, core strength, agility, and climbing abilities in a high-energy and engaging format. Ninja classes are available for a range of ages and are one of the most popular offerings at the facility.

Cheer and Additional Programs

Cascade Elite Gymnastics West offers cheerleading classes and competitive cheer opportunities alongside its gymnastics programming. Additional programs including trampoline and dance classes are also available, making CEGW one of the most versatile activity facilities on the Kitsap Peninsula.
