Profile
OVERVIEW
Invictus Gymnastics is a Richland-based gymnastics club founded by Chris and Kara Caicedo with a mission to provide competitive and recreational gymnasts in Eastern Washington with a safe, neutral, and encouraging environment to train and grow in the sport. Chris and Kara opened Invictus out of a belief that all gymnasts in Eastern Washington deserve access to a facility where their physical, social, and mental health is treated as essential to their success as athletes and as people.
Invictus Gymnastics welcomes all gymnasts regardless of gym or club affiliation to rent its facility for individual training, ensuring the gym serves the broader gymnastics community in the Tri-Cities region. The program offers recreational and competitive gymnastics, Ninja classes, birthday parties, and facility rentals, making it a versatile resource for families throughout Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland.
THE GYM
Invictus Gymnastics operates at 2424 Henderson Loop in Richland, Washington, providing Eastern Washington athletes with a dedicated and inclusive gymnastics training environment. The facility is equipped for both recreational and competitive gymnastics programming, with apparatus for all major events and dedicated spaces for Ninja and tumbling activities.
The coaching team at Invictus includes Coach Trishelle, who began gymnastics at age 5 and competed through Level 8 before retiring and transitioning to coaching. Coach Trishelle brings both competitive experience and a genuine love of working with young athletes, instilling in each student the importance of a healthy and positive self-image, confidence, and self-respect.
