Recreational Gymnastics

Salem Gymnastics Center offers recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels, structured to develop foundational gymnastics technique and personal confidence in a fun and supportive class environment. Classes run Monday through Sunday with morning and afternoon scheduling throughout the week.

Monday, Wednesday: 9:45 AM to 1:30 PM and 4:45 PM to 7:45 PM. Tuesday, Friday: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Thursday: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM.
