OVERVIEW

Northwest Gymnastics Training Center (NGTC) is Gresham’s dedicated gymnastics facility, offering serious gymnastics training with serious fun for children and teens from preschool through competitive team levels. A USAG member club operating from 2919 NW Division Street in Gresham, NGTC serves families throughout east Portland, Gresham, and the surrounding east metro communities with a full-spectrum gymnastics program led by directors Tina and Eric Stinson.

NGTC’s guiding philosophy captures exactly what the gym delivers: serious training and serious fun. The Stinson coaching staff has built a program that balances technical gymnastics excellence with a genuinely joyful, encouraging, and safe class environment producing athletes who are technically prepared for competition while remaining enthusiastic and confident participants in the sport they love.

THE GYM

Northwest Gymnastics Training Center operates at 2919 NW Division Street in Gresham, Oregon, providing east metro Portland families with access to a dedicated gymnastics training facility that supports all levels of participation from beginner recreational classes through competitive team. The gym features a full range of gymnastics apparatus and dedicated training spaces for both recreational and competitive programming.

NGTC’s coaching staff includes certified and background-screened coaches who undergo ongoing training and professional development, ensuring that every student receives expert instruction in a fun and safe environment. The gym is a recognized and trusted gymnastics destination for families in Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, and the surrounding east metro communities.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Preschool and Recreational Gymnastics

NGTC offers gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels, from introductory preschool classes through advanced recreational levels. Classes are available Monday through Sunday with broad scheduling to accommodate east metro Portland families. Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Friday: 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Competitive Team

Northwest Gymnastics Training Center fields a competitive gymnastics team as a USAG member club, developing athletes through the full range of Junior Olympic and Xcel levels. NGTC’s competitive program reflects the gym’s commitment to technical excellence alongside the enthusiasm and joy that keeps athletes engaged and growing in the sport over the long term.
