OVERVIEW

OMEGA Gymnastics is one of the Portland metro area’s premier gymnastics facilities, offering a full range of recreational and competitive gymnastics programming for toddlers through adults from its 22,000 square foot Beaverton location. Founded in 2008, OMEGA has grown to serve approximately 400 students including 152 competitive athletes, establishing itself as one of the most accomplished and respected gymnastics programs in the Pacific Northwest.

OMEGA’s coaching staff includes former National Team member Tiffany, who won the bronze medal at the 1982 National Championships, earned a spot on the Junior National Team, and represented the United States at the Friendship Games in Beijing. The gym has been recognized with the Oregon Spirit Award for its values and community contributions, and OMEGA’s philosophy of success-based learning ensures that every student from a three-year-old standing in line for the first time to a Level 9 competitive athlete is celebrated for the progress that matters most to them.

THE GYM

OMEGA Gymnastics operates at 9700 SW Harvest Court Suite 180 in Beaverton, Oregon, in a 22,000 square foot facility accessible from SW 217 via the Allen Boulevard exit. The facility features state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment and dedicated programming spaces for preschool discovery classes, recreational gymnastics, competitive team training, and adult fitness classes one of the few Portland-area gyms to offer gymnastics programming for adults.

Every member of the OMEGA coaching and administrative staff is committed to creating a fun, professional, and genuinely caring environment where each student’s individual success is the primary measure of achievement. This success-based philosophy drives everything at OMEGA, from the design of preschool curriculum to the structure of competitive team training at the highest levels the gym offers.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Discovery Preschool Program

OMEGA’s Discovery Program is led by Program Manager Katie, who brings an extensive education and coaching background to early childhood gymnastics development. The preschool curriculum is designed around foundational gymnastics skills, movement, and the joy of learning, with each class designed to build coordination, confidence, and a genuine love of activity in children from toddler age through kindergarten.

Recreational Gymnastics, Competitive Team, and Adult Classes

OMEGA offers recreational gymnastics classes for all ages, a competitive team program for athletes training at the Junior Olympic and Xcel levels, and adult gymnastics and fitness classes a combination that makes OMEGA one of the most comprehensive gymnastics programs in the Portland metro area. Summer camps and birthday parties round out the gym’s programming calendar for families throughout the Beaverton and southwest Portland area.
