K-Bay Gymnastics

OVERVIEW

K-Bay Gymnastics is a recreational and competitive gymnastics program serving the Kaneohe Bay area of windward Oahu. Named for the iconic Kaneohe Bay that defines the windward coast’s geography and culture, K-Bay Gymnastics offers structured gymnastics instruction for boys and girls across all ages and skill levels, from early childhood through the competitive team. The gym serves as another strong windward Oahu gymnastics option for families in the Kaneohe, Kailua, and Marine Corps Base Hawaii communities, and its connection to the broader DMA (Defense Media Activity) network reflects the gym’s ties to the military community that is deeply woven into windward Oahu’s identity.

K-Bay Gymnastics is a USAG member club competing at the Hawaii state level and in Region 2 events.

PROGRAMS

Recreational Gymnastics

Classes are available for boys and girls from early childhood through the teen years, following a structured skill-based curriculum covering all major gymnastics events at progressive levels appropriate to each student’s age and ability.

Competitive Team

The K-Bay competitive team competes in USAG-sanctioned Hawaii state events and in Region 2 competitions, providing a competitive gymnastics pathway for windward Oahu athletes within a supportive community gym environment.
