Auburn Gymnastics Center

OVERVIEW

Auburn Gymnastics Center is a community gymnastics facility located at 290 Palm Avenue in Auburn, serving the foothill families of Placer County. Under the ownership of Nathan and Natalie Otis, the gym operates with a clear mission: to create successful experiences for kids of all ages and abilities, with a philosophy of being a positive force in the world both inside and outside the gym. Coach Natalie’s guiding principle, “Being the Good in the World,” is woven into every aspect of the program.

Auburn Gymnastics Center is notable for its inclusive approach, offering free programs for children with special needs through a partnership with the nonprofit Fit for Life Gymnastics. The gym also provides daytime classes for babies and toddlers, competitive gymnastics for boys and girls, cheer and tumbling classes, and Parent’s Night Out events. Families in Auburn and the broader Placer and El Dorado foothills communities have made AGC one of the most loved youth activity centers in the region.

THE GYM

The 290 Palm Avenue facility serves the Auburn area with a full range of gymnastics equipment and a warm, community-centered atmosphere. The gym maintains a strong competitive program at both optional and compulsory levels for girls and boys. The gym’s connection to the Fit for Life Gymnastics nonprofit enables scholarships for qualifying special needs children, making gymnastics accessible to families who might not otherwise be able to participate.

PROGRAMS

Baby and Toddler Classes

Daytime free play gymnastics classes are available for babies and toddlers, providing a safe environment for early movement exploration with age-appropriate equipment. These classes serve as the first step in the gym’s recreational pathway.

Recreational and Advanced Classes

Day and evening classes are offered for children 3 years and up at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. The gym also offers cheer, tumbling, trampoline, and a Pre-Team development program for athletes interested in transitioning toward competitive gymnastics.

Competitive Team

Auburn Gymnastics Center fields both girls’ and boys’ competitive teams at optional and compulsory levels. The gym is a NorCal member and competes in the regional Junior Olympic circuit. Athletes interested in joining the team complete an evaluation process with coaching staff.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
