California Gymnastics Academy

OVERVIEW

California Gymnastics Academy (CGA) has been a fixture of the Livermore gymnastics community since the 1990s, operating from its home at 180 Wright Brothers Avenue in the Tri-Valley. The gym serves children from toddler age through competitive levels with a year-round program that emphasizes skill development, personal confidence, and a genuine love of the sport. CGA is a NorCal member club competing in the regional gymnastics circuit with both Junior Olympic and Xcel teams.

Known in the local community for its creative and themed class experiences, CGA coaches go above and beyond to make gymnastics memorable and fun for young athletes. Families in Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin have trusted CGA as their primary gymnastics program for decades.

THE GYM

The Wright Brothers Avenue facility is located near Livermore Municipal Airport in a business park conveniently accessible for Tri-Valley families. The gym is equipped for all levels of girls’ and boys’ gymnastics instruction and supports a competitive team program that competes throughout the NorCal season. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday across a broad schedule designed to accommodate working families.

PROGRAMS

Toddler and Preschool Gymnastics

Classes for young children begin at toddler age with parent-participation and preschool sessions focused on age-appropriate motor development and a playful introduction to gymnastics fundamentals.

Recreational Gymnastics

School-age recreational classes progress through multiple skill levels for both boys and girls, covering all major gymnastics events. CGA’s themed class experiences have made recreational programming a highlight of the gym’s offering, with coaches creating imaginative and engaging class environments.

Competitive Team

CGA fields competitive teams in the NorCal Junior Olympic and Xcel programs, with athletes progressing from recreational tracks into the competitive program through coaching staff evaluation.

Friday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
