OVERVIEW

Elevate Gymnastics Academy is located at 3132 Dwight Road, Suite 100 in Elk Grove — a 40,000-square-foot gymnastics facility that is one of the finest in the nation and the premier gymnastics destination in the South Sacramento and Elk Grove region. The Dwight Road address in the Laguna West corridor of Elk Grove serves the rapidly growing communities of Elk Grove, South Sacramento, Laguna, and surrounding Sacramento County neighborhoods from a facility equipped with the most advanced gymnastics equipment available in NorCal. Elevate’s USAG competitive team program specializes in Class IV through Elite levels — a competitive reach that extends from developmental compulsory levels all the way to the highest tier of USA Gymnastics — making it one of the most comprehensive competitive programs in the greater Sacramento region. The gym offers a free trial class for all new students and a retail shop on-site. Elevate often runs a waitlist for popular classes, reflecting the depth of community demand for gymnastics in the Elk Grove market. THE GYM

Elevate Gymnastics Academy’s 40,000-square-foot facility at 3132 Dwight Road Suite 100 includes full Olympic-specification gymnastics equipment, in-ground and above-ground training apparatus, a preschool motor development area, a parent viewing theater, a retail shop, and private lot parking. The gym operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sunday hours available for birthday parties and special events.

PROGRAMS

Preschool Gymnastics (Tots through Age 5)

Elevate’s preschool program uses sensory-motor activities, spatial awareness exercises, trampolines, circuits, and music to develop motor skills and movement readiness in toddlers and preschoolers, building the physical foundation for gymnastics and lifelong fitness from the earliest ages.

Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 6 and Up — Boys and Girls)

Basic gymnastics for boys and girls ages 6 and up covers all Olympic events plus trampoline, combining fitness, strength, and flexibility with progressively challenging and exciting new skills on full-sized apparatus in a safe and structured class environment.

USAG Competitive Team (Class IV through Elite)

Elevate’s USAG competitive team specializes in Class IV through Elite levels — among the highest competitive reach of any program in the Sacramento region — with experienced optional and elite-level coaching staff and a team culture described by athletes as accepting, encouraging, and technically excellent.

Ninja, Birthday Parties, and Camps

Ninja classes for children and adults, birthday party packages using the full facility, seasonal camps, and Parent’s Night Out events give Elevate a comprehensive year-round calendar beyond the core gymnastics enrollment.
