OVERVIEW

Club Champion Gymnastics’ Monrovia location at 905 South Myrtle Avenue has been serving the eastern San Gabriel Valley since its opening in 2012, extending the SGV’s most established gymnastics program — founded in Pasadena in 1999 — to the communities of Monrovia, Duarte, Azusa, Glendora, Irwindale, and the surrounding eastern foothills of LA County. Family owned and operated, Club Champion Monrovia provides the same curriculum, coaching philosophy, and quality of instruction as the Pasadena flagship, offering recreational gymnastics, tumbling, aerial silks, Little Champs parent-and-me classes, and a competitive team in a comfortable, air-conditioned facility near the 210 freeway corridor.

Club Champion is a SoCal member club and USA Gymnastics member. The gym’s coaching staff holds Club Champion Certified Trainer (CCT) credentials, and the structured CCT assessment framework gives every student a clear, individualized skill evaluation and roadmap at each stage of their development. An on-site boutique carries Club Champion Champ Gear alongside leotards and gymnastics apparel from major brands.

THE GYM

The South Myrtle Avenue facility is a fully air-conditioned gymnastics center serving the eastern SGV community from a convenient near-210 location. Like the Pasadena location, Monrovia features the full Club Champion equipment setup for both recreational and competitive program needs, and carries the same community-oriented, family-run culture that has made Club Champion the number one gymnastics choice in the San Gabriel Valley for over 25 years.

PROGRAMS

Little Champs (Parent and Me)

Co-ed parent-and-me gymnastics for children ages 1 through 2.5, providing the earliest introduction to gymnastics fundamentals in a fun, exploratory class environment supervised by experienced coaches.

Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling

Girls’ and boys’ recreational classes at all levels from preschool through adult, progressing through a structured skill-based curriculum on all major gymnastics events. Tumbling and aerial silks classes provide complementary athletic and performance pathways alongside the standard gymnastics curriculum.

Competitive Team

The Monrovia competitive team shares the Club Champion program with the Pasadena location, competing in SoCal-sanctioned events and developing athletes through the Junior Olympic pathway under the same coaching standards as the flagship.
