San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour - Mission Valley

OVERVIEW

San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour’s Mission Valley location at 1144 Camino Del Rio North serves one of San Diego’s most centrally located and accessible gymnastics destinations, sitting adjacent to Trader Joe’s and Ulta Beauty in the Mission Valley corridor. The location serves the Normal Heights, North Park, Hillcrest, Kearny Mesa, Serra Mesa, Mission Hills, Clairemont, Linda Vista, Bay Park, and Morena District communities with the full SDG programming suite: recreational gymnastics, parkour and ninja classes, adaptive gymnastics, birthday parties, Kids’ Night Out events, and seasonal camps for children from walking age through 17 years.

Like all SDG locations, Mission Valley employs USAG-certified gymnastics coaches alongside American Parkour Certified Instructors — the only gym network in San Diego County to hold the APK certification. All coaches are CPR/First Aid certified, SafeSport credentialed, and background checked.

THE GYM

The Camino Del Rio North facility provides a state-of-the-art gymnastics and parkour training environment with comfortable parent seating, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Its central San Diego location makes it an ideal choice for families in the city’s densely populated inland neighborhoods who need a convenient after-school and weekend athletics destination.

PROGRAMS

Gymnastics Classes and Adaptive Program

Recreational gymnastics is offered from walking age through 17, with an invite-only competitive gymnastics team operating across the SDG network. Adaptive Gymnastics classes feature smaller class sizes, minimized transitions, and calm environments for students with special needs.

Parkour and Ninja

The parkour and ninja curriculum at Mission Valley ranges from introductory ninja classes for young children to advanced parkour training, with seasonal Parkour Camps and an in-house Parkour Team program for dedicated athletes. All parkour classes are led by American Parkour Certified Instructors.
