OVERVIEW

San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour’s Rancho Bernardo location at 11965 Bernardo Plaza Drive serves the rapidly growing North City communities of Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Carmel Valley, and Mira Mesa. Located next to the Vons Shopping Center in Bernardo Town Plaza, the facility provides easy access for North City families seeking quality gymnastics and parkour instruction in a convenient neighborhood setting. Like all SDG locations, Rancho Bernardo offers recreational gymnastics, parkour and ninja classes, Kids’ Night Out, birthday parties, and seasonal camps for children from walking age through 17 years.

All SDG coaches are USAG certified, American Parkour Certified (where applicable), CPR/First Aid certified, and SafeSport credentialed — providing the same consistent, professional instruction across all SDG locations.

THE GYM

The Bernardo Town Plaza facility is a state-of-the-art gymnastics and parkour center with ample parking, parent seating, free WiFi, and air conditioning. The gym serves the sprawling master-planned communities of North San Diego County where after-school and weekend youth athletics programming is in high demand. SDG is also expanding to Poway through a Founders Club program, reflecting continued growth in this area of the county.

PROGRAMS

Gymnastics, Parkour, and Ninja

The full SDG program suite is available at Rancho Bernardo, including recreational gymnastics from walking age through 17, parkour and ninja classes from beginner through advanced levels, adaptive gymnastics for students with special needs, seasonal camps, Kids’ Night Out events, and birthday party packages.
