Next Level Gymnastics

OVERVIEW

Next Level Gymnastics (NLG) is a gymnastics facility serving Riverton and Fremont County in central Wyoming. Founded in 2018 by Head Coach and Owner Sarah Hutchison, NLG has quickly grown into one of Wyoming’s most competitive and community-oriented gymnastics programs. All NLG coaching staff are USA Gymnastics certified and are former gymnasts themselves, bringing genuine athletic experience to every class they coach.

In December 2024, NLG hosted its first-ever home invitational competition at St. Margaret’s School gymnasium, drawing over 230 athletes from ten teams across Wyoming and South Dakota. The event marked a significant milestone for the Riverton gymnastics community, which had historically traveled long distances to participate in meets. NLG competes annually at the Wyoming State Gymnastics Championships and regularly sends athletes to USAG regional competition.

THE GYM

Next Level Gymnastics is located at 29 Country Acres Road in Riverton and operates as a dedicated gymnastics training center. The facility includes apparatus for all standard women’s gymnastics events and accommodates classes from tiny tots through the competitive team. The gym places a strong emphasis on safety, athlete development, and building confidence through the sport at every level.

NLG’s coaching staff members are active members of the Fremont County sports community. The gym has received community recognition and grant support for its contribution to youth athletic development in the Riverton area.

PROGRAMS

Tiny Tots (Ages 3+)

Introductory classes for very young athletes develop early motor skills, body awareness, and beginning gymnastics shapes in a playful and encouraging environment.

Boys Gymnastics

NLG offers dedicated boys gymnastics classes developing strength, coordination, and skills on men’s gymnastics apparatus including rings, bars, vault, floor, and more.

Girls Recreational Gymnastics

Recreational classes for girls of all ages build skills on beam, bars, vault, and floor in structured, progressive class groups. Students advance at their own pace within a supportive coaching environment.

Competitive Team

The NLG competitive team offers Xcel levels Bronze through Diamond and Development Program (DP) Levels 3–10. Athletes who are advanced and want to put their skills to the test may try out for the team. NLG team members compete at multiple meets per season across Wyoming and neighboring states.
