Helena Athletic Club

OVERVIEW

Helena Athletic Club (HAC) in Helena is the state capital’s second gymnastics program, providing recreational and competitive gymnastics at 3340 McHugh Lane in the north Helena area. As one of two USAG-affiliated gymnastics programs serving Helena, HAC provides Lewis and Clark County families with an additional local option for gymnastics instruction and competitive team participation. The club’s broader athletic club identity reflects a community sports culture in which gymnastics exists alongside other athletic disciplines within a multi-sport facility structure, providing families with an integrated youth athletics experience in a city where the relatively small population makes multi-sport clubs more sustainable than highly specialized standalone facilities.

Helena Athletic Club is a USAG Montana member club, competing in state-sanctioned events and contributing to Helena’s growing gymnastics community as part of the broader Montana gymnastics circuit.

PROGRAMS

Recreational Gymnastics

Classes for girls and boys follow USAG skill progressions from preschool through the advanced recreational levels, covering all major gymnastics events with progressive, safety-focused instruction in a welcoming community environment.

Competitive Team

HAC’s competitive gymnastics team competes in USAG Montana-sanctioned events, providing Helena-area athletes with a second local competitive gymnastics option at the state and regional levels.
