Four Stars Gymnastics Academy

OVERVIEW

Four Stars Gymnastics Academy is a gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling center located at 1799 Vineyard Drive in Antioch, serving East Contra Costa County with programs for toddlers through competitive athletes. Established in the community as one of the primary gymnastics destinations for families in Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood, and the surrounding Delta communities, Four Stars offers recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics teams, cheerleading, tumbling, parkour, camps, private lessons, open gym, and birthday parties.

The gym’s philosophy is to provide the highest quality gymnastics instruction while keeping the experience accessible and community-centered. Coaches are dedicated to building athletic skills alongside the confidence and discipline that youth sports instill in young athletes.

THE GYM

The Vineyard Drive facility in Antioch is a well-equipped gymnastics training center serving the eastern Contra Costa County communities. Four Stars is a NorCal member club and participates in the regional gymnastics competition circuit with both recreational and competitive programs.

PROGRAMS

Toddler and Preschool Gymnastics

Classes are available for toddlers and preschool-age children, providing age-appropriate gymnastics introduction in a fun and structured group setting. These classes build foundational movement skills and comfort on gymnastics equipment.

Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics

Recreational classes serve children through the teen years at multiple skill levels. The competitive gymnastics program competes in NorCal events, with athletes competing in both Junior Olympic and Xcel formats.

Cheer, Tumbling, and Parkour

Cheerleading and tumbling classes are offered alongside a parkour program, making Four Stars a multi-discipline athletic training center for families in the Antioch area. Summer camps and Kids Night Out events are available throughout the year.

Monday through Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday through Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
