OVERVIEW

Tumble Time Gymnastics has been a cherished community institution in Cameron Park for decades, operating from its Meadow Lane facility in the heart of El Dorado County’s fastest-growing community. The gym’s mantra, “A Place for Self Confidence,” captures the heart of what Tumble Time provides to the thousands of children who have passed through its doors. Programming spans toddler gymnastics, preschool classes, school-age gymnastics, tumbling, boys’ gymnastics, parkour, competitive artistic teams, team gym, and performance teams, making Tumble Time one of the most comprehensive youth gymnastics centers in the Sierra foothills region.

Tumble Time operates two buildings in close proximity, at 2568 Meadow Lane and 2553 Greenwood Lane, giving the program ample space for its full range of classes and events. The gym regularly hosts in-house recreational meets, ninja challenge courses, and Cirque showcases throughout the year, and its community-centered approach to gymnastics has made it a beloved institution for El Dorado County families across multiple generations.

THE GYM

The primary facility at 2568 Meadow Lane is a fully equipped gymnastics center with apparatus for all events. The secondary building at 2553 Greenwood Lane serves as additional classroom space for Kinder classes and special events. The coaching staff at Tumble Time is consistently praised for their positive, attentive approach and genuine care for every child’s experience. The gym is a NorCal member club that competes in the regional Junior Olympic and Xcel circuits and also fields AAU parkour teams.

PROGRAMS

Toddler and Preschool Gymnastics

Toddler gymnastics classes introduce young children to the gym environment with age-appropriate activities and parent participation. Preschool-level classes build on those foundations through structured gymnastics exploration for 3 to 5-year-olds.

Recreational and Boys Gymnastics

School-age classes are available for girls and boys at multiple levels, covering all major gymnastics events. Boys’ gymnastics follows the men’s six-event curriculum, and class-level progressions ensure each athlete advances at an appropriate pace.

Competitive and Parkour Teams

Tumble Time fields competitive artistic gymnastics teams, team gym, and AAU parkour teams, giving athletes interested in competition a range of pathways. Performance teams provide a showcase opportunity for recreational and competitive athletes outside the traditional meet format.
