San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour - La Costa

OVERVIEW

San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour’s La Costa location at 7660 El Camino Real in Carlsbad serves the La Costa, Encinitas, Cardiff, Leucadia, Bressi Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and Carmel Valley communities. Located next to Gelson’s Market on El Camino Real, the gym provides one of the most accessible gymnastics and parkour destinations in North County for families throughout Carlsbad and the surrounding coastal communities. Like all SDG locations, La Costa offers recreational gymnastics, parkour and ninja classes, seasonal camps, Kids’ Night Out events, and birthday parties for children from walking age through 17 years.

SDG La Costa is consistently praised by North County families for its welcoming atmosphere, attentive coaches, and the way its structured class progressions help children build genuine skills and confidence over time. The gym is one of only a handful of North County facilities employing American Parkour Certified Instructors for its parkour curriculum.

THE GYM

The El Camino Real facility is a state-of-the-art gymnastics and parkour center with purpose-built parkour and ninja obstacles alongside standard gymnastics apparatus. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and comfortable parent seating are available throughout. The La Costa location also hosts seasonal Parkour-Ninja Camps and an in-house Parkour Team program for more advanced parkour athletes.

Gymnastics, Parkour, and Ninja

Recreational gymnastics from walking age through 17, parkour and ninja classes from beginner through advanced, adaptive gymnastics, seasonal camps, and birthday parties are all available at SDG La Costa. Classes are structured for continuous enrollment — new students can join at any time without missing foundational content.
