Pacific West Gymnastics - Fremont

OVERVIEW

Pacific West Gymnastics’ Fremont location at 42656 Albrae Street serves families in Fremont, Newark, and the surrounding Tri-City area with the same quality gymnastics instruction as the Union City flagship. The Fremont facility is designed primarily for preschool gymnastics, girls’ recreational gymnastics, and co-ed tumbling, with all-new equipment and a layout ideal for younger athletes and beginners. The gym is located just off I-880 near Target, Steven Millard Elementary, and Harvey Green Elementary School, making it a convenient after-school destination for Fremont families.

Like the Union City location, Pacific West Fremont is a USA Gymnastics member facility operated under the same leadership and coaching philosophy, providing families in southern Alameda County with accessible, high-quality gymnastics instruction.

THE GYM

The Albrae Street facility is equipped with all-new gymnastics apparatus designed specifically to support the Mini Tots, preschool, recreational, and tumbling programs. The gym’s layout is particularly well-suited for young athletes taking their first steps in gymnastics, and the experienced coaching staff brings the same level of care and professionalism as the Union City location. Free tours are available for interested families.

PROGRAMS

Mini Tots and Preschool Gymnastics

Toddler and preschool gymnastics classes introduce the youngest athletes to the sport in a safe, padded environment with age-appropriate equipment and patient, experienced coaches.

Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling

Girls’ recreational gymnastics classes progress through multiple skill levels for school-age students. Co-ed tumbling classes provide trampoline and floor tumbling instruction for children interested in the acrobatic side of the sport.
