Profile
OVERVIEW
Majestic Gymnastics opened in June 2020 in Santa Fe Springs, quickly establishing itself as one of the largest gymnastics facilities in the area. Located at 10829 Shoemaker Avenue, the 10,000-square-foot facility sits right off the 5 and 605 freeway interchange — making it a highly accessible hub for families in the communities of Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Pico Rivera, Downey, Norwalk, La Mirada, and beyond. Majestic’s mission is to influence the lives of children in the community through athletics while instilling confidence and positivity at every stage of the gymnastics journey. Head Coach Jennifer Motta is a 15-year gymnastics veteran who brings both a deep background in the sport and a B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State LA to her work with every student who trains at Majestic.
Majestic Gymnastics is a SoCal member club and USA Gymnastics member, operating both a recreational program and a competitive team that progresses from developmental levels through the Xcel program. Free trial classes are offered for new students, and the gym provides an open, community-forward environment praised by families for its welcoming, positive culture.
THE GYM
The 10,000-square-foot Shoemaker Avenue facility is one of the largest gymnastics spaces in the Santa Fe Springs area. Majestic is equipped for the full range of gymnastics events and tumbling, with ample room for multiple class groups and team training to operate simultaneously. The gym offers birthday parties, Parents’ Night Out events, and seasonal camps throughout the year, making it an active community center for families in the greater Southeast LA area.
PROGRAMS
Toddler and Recreational Gymnastics
Co-ed toddler and recreational gymnastics classes are available for students from walking age through 17 years, covering all major gymnastics events at progressive skill levels. The curriculum is designed to build physical fundamentals, self-confidence, and a love of movement at every stage of a child’s development.
Tumbling
Dedicated tumbling classes focus on floor skills from foundational through advanced, providing a focused skills track for students who want to develop their tumbling abilities alongside or independent of the full gymnastics program.
Competitive Team
The Majestic competitive team progresses from developmental competition levels through the Xcel program, competing in SoCal-sanctioned events. Head Coach Jennifer Motta’s coaching background in both recreational and competitive gymnastics provides a strong technical foundation for team athletes at all levels.
