OVERVIEW

International Gymnastics Centre (IGC) is an 18,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art gymnastics facility located at 3065 West Capital Avenue in West Sacramento, just minutes from Natomas, downtown Sacramento, and Davis via I-80. Family-owned and operated, IGC takes a personal interest in every athlete and offers superior gymnastics training across both recreational and competitive programs. The gym’s goal is to help each gymnast reach their maximum potential while building confidence and focus that supports their growth in all aspects of life.

IGC is fully equipped for women’s artistic gymnastics, men’s gymnastics, and acrobatic gymnastics, making it one of the most versatile training facilities in the Sacramento metro area. The gym is a NorCal member club with active competitive teams and a strong tradition of athlete development that has produced gymnasts competing at regional and national levels.

THE GYM

The West Capital Avenue facility has been praised by families throughout the Sacramento region for its well-organized space, high-quality equipment, and dedicated coaching staff. Its location directly off the I-80 freeway makes it easily accessible from Sacramento, West Sacramento, Davis, and Natomas. IGC supports competitive training in women’s artistic, men’s artistic, and acrobatic gymnastics, giving it a breadth of programming that few facilities in the region can match.

PROGRAMS

Preschool and Recreational Classes

Gymnastics classes are available for children starting at 18 months, with parent-participation and structured preschool-level classes for the youngest students. Recreational levels progress systematically for school-age athletes, with classes for boys and girls at beginner through advanced levels covering all major gymnastics events.

Competitive Teams

IGC fields competitive teams in women’s artistic, men’s artistic, and acrobatic gymnastics at NorCal-level and above. The gym’s comprehensive competitive programming is one of its most distinctive features, providing athletes with multiple pathways based on their interests and goals.

Hours

Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
