TNT Kid's Fitness and Gymnastics

OVERVIEW

TNT Kid’s Fitness and Gymnastics is located at 2800 Main Avenue in Fargo, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2005 with a mission of unlocking potential through movement and an unwavering commitment to inclusive programming for children of all abilities. TNT has served more than 5,000 families since its founding, including over 450 families with children who have special needs — making it one of the most comprehensively inclusive gymnastics and fitness programs in the upper Midwest. The organization operates with the belief that every child has abilities, not just disabilities, and has built its programming around ensuring that recreational and competitive gymnastics, ninja, cheer, and fitness activities are accessible to children with physical or cognitive limitations alongside their typically developing peers. TNT partnered with Fargo Public Schools to implement the Explorer Academy — North Dakota’s first K-8 special education day school with integrated project-based STEAM and gross motor programming opportunities — reflecting the depth of TNT’s commitment to the special needs community.

TNT’s USA competitive programs include USA Girls Gymnastics teams, USA Boys Gymnastics teams, and USAF All Star Cheer, alongside occupational therapy services, school-day-out camps, a No Bummer Summer camp program, the SOAR after school program, Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s patients, and adult fitness programming. The 2800 Main Avenue facility operates seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday, and noon to 6:00 PM Sunday — one of the most accessible schedules of any gymnastics program in the Dakotas.

THE GYM

The TNT Kid’s Fitness and Gymnastics facility at 2800 Main Avenue is a comprehensive youth fitness and gymnastics center equipped for gymnastics, ninja, cheer, adaptive programming, occupational therapy, and group fitness for all ages from 3 months through adult. Birthday parties, private events, open gym, and ABLE Games inclusive special events round out the year-round programming calendar.

PROGRAMS

Gymnastics (Ages 3 Months and Up)

TNT offers gymnastics classes for boys and girls starting at 3 months, following USAG program standards with structured level progressions from infant through competitive pre-team and team levels. Adaptive gymnastics programming serves children with physical or cognitive disabilities alongside the mainstream curriculum.

USA Competitive Teams, Cheer, Ninja, and Adaptive Programs

USA Girls, Boys, and Trampoline/Tumbling competitive teams, USAF All Star Cheer, ninja classes, and occupational therapy services form a comprehensive youth athletic and wellness program that has served over 5,000 Fargo-area families since 2005.
