Method Sports Center

OVERVIEW

Method Sports Center, formerly known as OOA Gymnastics, is a gymnastics and cheer facility in Bend, Oregon, serving central Oregon families with boys and girls gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, and trampoline and tumbling programming from its Paiute Way location in Bend’s southeast industrial corridor. A USAG member club, Method Sports Center has produced multiple high-level competitive athletes, including Westerns-qualifying Level 9 gymnasts, and is recognized as one of the leading competitive gymnastics programs in central Oregon.

Method Sports Center operates under the direction of Mohini Bhardwaj and provides a comprehensive competitive gymnastics environment for central Oregon athletes. The gym recently transitioned from its previous identity as OOA Gymnastics, bringing a refreshed brand identity while maintaining the program’s commitment to competitive excellence and community-centered youth development that has characterized the facility throughout its history in Bend.

THE GYM

Method Sports Center operates at 1045 SE Paiute Way in Bend, Oregon, providing Deschutes County families with access to a dedicated gymnastics and cheer training facility. The facility supports the full range of Method’s programming including boys and girls artistic gymnastics, cheer and tumbling, and trampoline and tumbling events, making it one of the most versatile gymnastics and cheer destinations in the central Oregon region.

The coaching staff at Method Sports Center brings USAG-certified competitive gymnastics expertise to both recreational and competitive programming, developing athletes who have competed and placed at the USAG Region 2 Western Championships. The gym’s central Bend location provides convenient access for families throughout Deschutes County and the surrounding High Desert communities.

Recreational Gymnastics Boys and Girls

Method Sports Center offers recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls of various ages and skill levels, structured to develop foundational gymnastics technique in a fun and encouraging class environment. Classes serve as the starting point for athletes who go on to join the competitive team program at all levels.

Competitive Team Levels 2 Through 10

Method Sports Center fields competitive gymnastics teams training through Levels 2 through 10 as a USAG member club, with athletes competing at the state, regional, and national levels. The program has produced Level 9 Westerns qualifiers and competitors, reflecting the depth and quality of competitive coaching at Method Sports Center.

Cheer, Tumbling, and Trampoline and Tumbling

Method Sports Center offers cheerleading, tumbling, and USAG Trampoline and Tumbling programming alongside its artistic gymnastics curriculum, providing Bend-area families with access to a broad range of competitive gymnastics and cheer disciplines under one roof.
