OVERVIEW

ABK Fun Action by Kids is a gymnastics and movement facility in Medford, Oregon, serving the Rogue Valley with recreational and competitive gymnastics for children of all ages and skill levels. A USAG member club, ABK Fun operates from its Skypark Drive location in Medford and has received recognition as the USAG Oregon Compulsory Club of the Year runner-up, reflecting the quality and dedication of its competitive gymnastics program alongside its broad recreational programming.

ABK Fun’s mission is reflected directly in its name: action-based, kid-centered programming that prioritizes fun, physical activity, and personal development in every class, from a toddler’s first gymnastics experience through advanced competitive training. The program serves southern Oregon families throughout the Rogue Valley with one of the area’s most established and respected gymnastics options.

THE GYM

ABK Fun operates at 1914 Skypark Drive in Medford, Oregon, providing the Rogue Valley with access to a dedicated gymnastics training facility that supports both recreational class programming and competitive team development as a USAG member club. The facility is equipped to serve the full range of ABK’s programming, from preschool-age beginners through competitive gymnasts training at the compulsory levels.

The coaching staff at ABK Fun brings genuine expertise and a kid-first coaching philosophy to every class, creating an environment where children feel safe, challenged, and genuinely celebrated for their individual progress. PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Recreational Gymnastics

ABK Fun offers recreational gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels, structured to develop foundational gymnastics technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence in an active and encouraging class environment. Classes are available throughout the week to accommodate Rogue Valley families throughout Medford, Jacksonville, Ashland, and surrounding communities.

Competitive Team

ABK Fun fields a competitive gymnastics team as a USAG member club, recognized as the USAG Oregon Compulsory Club of the Year runner-up for its excellence in compulsory-level gymnastics development. The competitive program provides Rogue Valley athletes with high-quality team coaching and competitive preparation through the USAG Junior Olympic program.
