OVERVIEW
Redmond Gymnastics Academy (RGA) has been serving the Central Oregon community for over 18 years, offering gymnastics programs for children ages 3 through 18 at every ability level. Located at 494 SW Veterans Way in Redmond, Oregon, RGA is built on a straightforward philosophy: the best way for a child to learn is through consistent, trained, and experienced instruction. Working hard to learn cool gymnastics tricks and playing fun games is how kids grow healthy and happy and that spirit runs through every class at the Academy.

Small class sizes, professional instructors, and up-to-date equipment are the foundations of the program, ensuring that every student gets genuine attention and appropriate challenge regardless of their starting point.

PROGRAMS
Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational classes use a skill-based advancement model, meaning students move up as their skills progress rather than by age. Classes use the floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline, with small class sizes ensuring each student receives individualized coaching attention. Programs are available for children starting at age 3 and continue through age 18.
Tumbling and Trampoline
Tumbling and trampoline classes are designed for students who want to develop floor tumbling skills and aerial tricks on both the floor and trampoline. The program is a great way for athletes from gymnastics and other sports to broaden their skill set in a focused, fun environment.
Adult Gymnastics
RGA welcomes adults of all backgrounds to its adult gymnastics program former gymnasts, CrossFitters, martial artists, free-runners, trickers, and adults brand new to the sport alike. The program provides a welcoming entry point for adults looking to explore gymnastics in a supportive and appropriately paced class format.
Competitive Team
RGA’s competitive team is invitation only, with skill requirements significantly more advanced than the recreational program. The team competes in USAG-sanctioned events throughout the Oregon gymnastics season, including the Central Oregon Classic, Pacific Edge Invite, Charity Choice Invitational, Emerald Team Challenge, Oregon Developmental State Championships, and Developmental Regionals.
