OVERVIEW

Metropolitan Gymnastics is one of South King County’s longest-running gymnastics programs, offering recreational and competitive gymnastics for children from 18 months through adult in Kent, Washington. A USAG member club with a broad range of programming, Metropolitan Gymnastics serves families throughout Kent, Renton, Auburn, and the surrounding communities with a welcoming, family-friendly approach to gymnastics instruction that has built a loyal following over many years of consistent quality.

The gym’s competitive team program participates in USAG-sanctioned meets as a member club, providing athletes with structured competitive team training and meet experience at regional and state levels.

Open Gym, Birthday Parties, and Camps

Metropolitan Gymnastics offers open gym sessions, birthday party packages, and seasonal camp programming throughout the year. These additional programs give families a variety of ways to engage with the gym and provide children with active and enjoyable experiences in the gymnastics facility outside of their regular class schedule.
