Profile
OVERVIEW
Mt. Si Gymnastics Academy is a Snoqualmie Valley institution, built by Valley families for Valley families since its founding in 2012. Owned and operated by local residents, MSGA offers gymnastics, parkour, and preschool programming for children from infancy through 18 years from an 18,000 square foot facility in North Bend. The gym’s mission is to provide a fun, safe, and healthy environment where kids can grow and thrive through high-quality coaching, engaging instruction, and positive encouragement that builds confidence, strength, and a lifelong love of movement.
MSGA is home to one of the Pacific Northwest’s most distinctive programs: a parkour class led by American Ninja Warrior contestant and MSGA coach Adam Truesdell, who teaches students to move athletically through the environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing, and jumping. This program, along with the gym’s comprehensive gymnastics and competitive team offerings, makes MSGA one of the most versatile youth activity destinations in the greater Snoqualmie Valley region.

The gym is easily accessible for families throughout the Snoqualmie Valley and serves as a community hub for youth athletics in North Bend and the surrounding area.
MSGA hosts a variety of signature events and programs beyond regular classes, including Saturday Night Campout (SNCO), a high-energy evening tumbling event with coaches; Friday Open Gyms during the school year; monthly makeup classes for students who miss a session; themed camps throughout the year; and birthday parties on Saturdays for children ages 2 through 14. Tuck and Roll, MSGA’s on-site preschool, combines gymnastics, play, and early childhood academics in a nurturing environment for the youngest participants.
