OVERVIEW

Inland Northwest Gymnastics exists to support athletes as they pursue their dreams, offering recreational and competitive gymnastics programming for children in Spokane, Washington. A USAG member club with a mission centered on the whole athlete, Inland Northwest Gymnastics provides a range of programs tailored to support athletes in their gymnastics journey across diverse age groups and skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and growth opportunities for all participants.

Based at 731 N Superior Street in Spokane, Inland Northwest Gymnastics offers Tiny Tumblers classes for preschoolers, multiple levels of recreational gymnastics, a competitive team, special programs including Parents Night Out, and an open, welcoming environment where both first-time gymnasts and experienced athletes can thrive.

THE GYM

Inland Northwest Gymnastics operates at 731 N Superior Street in Spokane, Washington, providing a dedicated gymnastics facility for athletes in the east Spokane area. The gym is equipped with age-appropriate apparatus for preschool through competitive-level programming and offers a supportive training environment built around a genuine belief in each athlete’s potential.

The coaching team at Inland Northwest Gymnastics is led by Natalie, who brings both gymnastics expertise and a personal commitment to athlete development at every level. The gym offers a sibling discount of 10 percent for each additional enrolled sibling, reflecting its family-centered approach to making gymnastics accessible to more Spokane families.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Tiny Tumblers Preschool Gymnastics

Tiny Tumblers is Inland Northwest Gymnastics’ preschool class designed for children ages 3 to 5, introducing the foundations of gymnastics through fun, age-appropriate circuits on beam, floor, bars, and trampolines. The class develops gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and confidence in a welcoming and energetic environment.

Recreational Gymnastics

Inland Northwest Gymnastics offers three levels of recreational gymnastics for girls and boys: Level 1 for children ages 5 to 7 with some prior experience, Level 1 for ages 8 and up, and Level 2 for athletes ready to advance to more complex skill work. Each level builds progressively on the previous, developing skills across all gymnastics events in a structured and supportive class format.

Competitive Team and Special Programs

Inland Northwest Gymnastics fields a competitive gymnastics team as a USAG member club, providing Spokane athletes with the training and experience needed to compete at sanctioned meets. Parents Night Out is also offered on a regular basis, giving families a fun evening option while providing additional gym time for participants.
