OVERVIEW

SWAG Gymnastics — Southern Washington Academy of Gymnastics — is a state-of-the-art 24,000 square foot gymnastics facility in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to providing quality gymnastics instruction for children of all ages and skill levels. SWAG stands by a philosophy of putting kids first, offering a welcoming and high-energy environment where recreational and competitive gymnasts can develop their skills under the guidance of a coaching staff held to high standards of instruction and care.

SWAG offers free trial classes for new students, with experienced coaches evaluating each child’s skills and recommending the right class placement, making it easy for families to get started regardless of prior gymnastics experience. The gym serves the greater Vancouver and Clark County area with a broad range of programming that extends well beyond traditional gymnastics classes.

THE GYM

SWAG Gymnastics operates at 3000 Columbia House Boulevard Suite 120 in Vancouver, Washington, in a 24,000 square foot facility that is one of the largest and most comprehensively equipped gymnastics centers in southwest Washington. The facility features full gymnastics apparatus, inflatables, a rock climbing wall, and dedicated spaces for open gym programming and birthday parties, providing a broad range of active experiences for children and families in the Vancouver area.

The coaching staff at SWAG includes both compulsory and optional level coaches who work collaboratively across all levels of the program, with optional coaches supporting compulsory classes and vice versa. This integrated coaching culture is noted by families as a distinguishing feature of the SWAG experience, contributing to a gym-wide standard of technical quality and consistent, positive instruction across all classes.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Preschool Gymnastics

SWAG offers preschool gymnastics classes for boys and girls ages 18 months to 5 years, introducing foundational gymnastics skills and movement development in a fun and age-appropriate setting. Free trial classes are available for new students, with coaches evaluating skill level and recommending appropriate class placement at the end of the session.

Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics

SWAG offers recreational gymnastics classes for all ages through a progressive level structure, alongside a competitive team program that develops athletes at both the compulsory and optional levels. The competitive program’s integrated coaching culture ensures consistent technical standards across all levels, with athletes benefiting from the expertise of the full coaching staff throughout their time in the program.

Inflatables, Rock Climbing, Open Gym, and Birthday Parties

SWAG’s 24,000 square foot facility includes an inflatable area, rock climbing wall, and dedicated birthday party spaces.
