OVERVIEW

Apple Capital Gymnastics is Wenatchee’s dedicated gymnastics facility, offering recreational and competitive gymnastics programming for children and families throughout the greater Wenatchee Valley. The gym’s mission is to inspire success through the fun of gymnastics, one child at a time, providing a positive and safe environment where every participant can build strength, coordination, and confidence through the sport.

Apple Capital Gymnastics serves children from 18 months through 18 years with a range of class options including preschool gymnastics, recreational classes, competitive team programs, and open gym and indoor play opportunities. The gym is a USAG member club and competes in both the Junior Olympic Development and Xcel programs.

THE GYM

Apple Capital Gymnastics operates at 230 S Columbia Street in Wenatchee, Washington, providing Central Washington families with access to quality gymnastics instruction in a welcoming and well-equipped facility. The gym’s staff are safety certified and are regularly sent to state and regional clinics to stay current with the newest and most progressive gymnastics teaching methods.

The coaching team at Apple Capital Gymnastics is known for its enthusiasm and genuine investment in each athlete’s growth. The gym creates an environment where children feel encouraged to try new skills, celebrate progress, and develop a lifelong love of movement and physical activity.

PROGRAMS AT THE GYM

Preschool Gymnastics

Apple Capital Gymnastics offers co-ed preschool classes for children ages 18 months through 5 years, focusing on fundamental gymnastics skills and structured activity participation. Classes are conducted in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment and aim to develop physical coordination, social skills, and a love of movement in the youngest participants.

Hours

Monday: 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Tuesday through Friday: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Recreational Gymnastics

Recreational gymnastics classes are available for girls ages 5 through 18, providing a fun and engaging way to build strength and develop gymnastics skills in a structured class environment. Classes provide a solid foundation in gymnastics while building confidence, coordination, and physical fitness.

Competitive Team

Apple Capital Gymnastics fields competitive teams in both the USAG Junior Olympic Development Program and the Xcel Program. Athletes train for regional and state-level competition, with a coaching staff that emphasizes solid fundamentals and a team culture built around personal achievement and positive sportsmanship.

Open Gym and Indoor Play

Apple Capital Gymnastics offers regular Indoor Park sessions for children ages 0 to 7 every Monday and Saturday morning throughout the school year, as well as Open Gym for ages 8 to 16 during holiday events and special occasions. A Sensory and Social Play Gym program is also available for children ages 6 to 16 on Thursday afternoons during the school year.
