Ka-Lark's Gymnastics

OVERVIEW

Ka-Lark’s Gymnastics has been a cornerstone of the Casper gymnastics community since 1958. Founded as a family business, the gym has grown into one of Wyoming’s most celebrated gymnastics programs, producing seven national champions, five world champions, and eleven consecutive state championship titles. The facility serves athletes from beginner recreational students through competitive team members, offering a welcoming and professionally coached environment.

Located in central Casper, Ka-Lark’s is widely regarded as the premier gymnastics training center in the state. Families from across central Wyoming choose Ka-Lark’s for the combination of experienced coaching, championship pedigree, and a genuine commitment to each athlete’s development and enjoyment of the sport.

THE GYM

Ka-Lark’s Gymnastics Center is a fully equipped facility with apparatus for all gymnastics disciplines. The gym includes uneven bars, balance beam, vault, floor exercise space, trampoline, and double mini trampoline equipment. The coaching staff includes current and former national champions who bring world-class expertise to every class level, from the youngest preschoolers through advanced competitors.

Ka-Lark’s also operates a unique mobile tumbling bus, bringing gymnastics instruction directly to preschools, daycares, and special events throughout the Casper area. This mobile program has made gymnastics accessible to thousands of young children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the sport.

PROGRAMS

Recreational Classes

Ka-Lark’s offers recreational gymnastics for all ages and skill levels, with placement determined by age, strength, flexibility, and existing skills. Classes include Mom and Me for the youngest students, Beginner Gymnastics, Intermediate Gymnastics, and Advanced Gymnastics. Adult recreational gymnastics classes are also available for adults of all experience levels.

Competitive Tumbling and Trampoline

The gym has a long tradition of excellence in tumbling and trampoline, with classes offered for recreational and competitive development. Competitive trampoline and double mini trampoline athletes have represented Ka-Lark’s at regional, national, and international levels.

Competitive Cheerleading

Ka-Lark’s competitive cheerleading program develops athletes in tumbling, stunting, and performance for all skill levels. Competitive cheer training builds on the strong gymnastics foundation for which the gym is known.

Birthday Parties and Events

Ka-Lark’s hosts gymnastics birthday parties for children, providing a fun and active celebration experience in the gym facility.
